"Highly recommend La Dolce Vita! Not only was it exactly how it was described with all the features we were expecting, it was clean and had all the needed utensils and accessories one might need. There were thoughtful touches throughout the home that made this house a place we will book again and again whenever we stay in Baker City.

I can’t say enough about how delightful the Palmer House was. We stayed in #4, a studio that was very thoughtfully appointed. Many small touches made our stay enjoyable - fresh baked bread in our room on arrival, excellent guides to the area, lots of storage, kitchen with everything you’d need, very functional space and nicely decorated. Excellent bed and linens, wonderful yard area with swings for an evening beverage. Walking distance to the historic downtown. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was lovely! The place was clean and easy to find. The fresh warm bread on arrival was a wonderful touch after a long day on the road. We loved how close to downtown it was so we could walk to and from dinner, and the walking path along the river was beautiful. Super comfy bed and great room darkening shades. We would definitely come stay here again!

The ambiance is set the moment you open the door-jazz playing on the big screen with a beautiful screen saver and bread ready to bake. Savoring the warm baked bread while admiring the incredible high ceilings, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, recliners, and perks such as a walk in pantry, washer and dryer and a primary closet that could be another room! The location is ideal, right above the bakery, around the corner from the Geiser hotel, a very walkable town. Highly recommend the Geiser Grand Hotel, the Cabyn cocktail bar, the Eltrym theater, and the Sweet Wife Bakery. This loft is the perfect spot to explore all that Baker City has to offer.
